Yard Crew/Snow Removal Services
Caprock Behavioral Services has designed an opportunity for the clients to work in the community under direct line of sight supervision while allowing them to learn valuable employment skills. The crews are available for lawn mowing, trimming, moving, hauling, and snow removal. In addition, our crews are available for spot jobs (IE: property cleanup, debris removal, weed cutting, etc.) Caprock staff will assess the job to ensure it is within our client's capabilities. Our crews are supervised and monitored by trained Caprock Staff. If a problem arises, please report your concerns immediately to the crew supervisor or call the crew's residence.
In the event of rain, customers will be called and rescheduled for the next available opening. If inclement weather persists throughout the work week, we will resume service the following week on the regularly scheduled day. Caprock staff will assess the job and provide a bid for the work desired. All jobs will be assessed and a bid at $40.00 an hour with a one hour minimum. Landfill fees will be charged for debris removal. Billing statements are mailed monthly reflecting the previous month activities and payment is due upon receipt.

Caprock staff will also assist individuals with person specific, goal-based programs as identified in their individual plan.
